The SEC needs to prosecute in a civil manner, and have the attorney general and/or dept of justice prosecute in a criminal manner.
@GurbirGrewalNJ & @GaryGensler are doing what they can in civil matters.
Now we need @TheJusticeDept @USDOJ_Intl & AG MERRICK GARLAND to step it up and prosecute market manipulators & hedge funds for spoofing, ladder attacks, naked shorting, and violating a plethora of regulations to the detriment of retail investors.

when THEY tell you that $AMC is too heavy&big (cap) to squeeze till the hundreds or thousands , remember to those mofos that $NVDA yesterday in “after hours”gained ~225B in capitalization in about 1 hour.
$AMC max cap was ~37B at the peak of the 2nd June ‘21 run.

I fight for $amc with volunteered time (have put in 100's, even k's of hrs in 2.5 yrs) free for apes & stood up to attacks & corruption as a tip of the spear for the community (meaning i took plenty of abuse)

We have a much better situation than in May 2021, and we are much better financially;
We are growing up,
we go to the cinema even more,now at every price everyone knows that we will not leave.
The numbers for a very strong short squeeze are getting bigger&bigger.
Suddenly 🌙!
We do have issues though as we are not yet out of the woods. While clearly improving, the industry box office is still down below pre-pandemic levels. And it is crucial for us to continue to be able to raise capital if, as and when needed. Still, there is much that’s encouraging.
