I have to tell you Ken, Duke has done some excellent research with the information we have. Other than some very minor things, he did it all on his own. I often ask Duke questions about one thing or another. Our biggest hurdle is getting "the rest of the story". In that I mean: - The DCI reports the State refuses to disclose. - Photos they refuse to disclose. - Audio interviews. - Audio interviews that haven't been redacted. (The DCI redacted well over an hour of Earl Avery's Nov 9, 2005, interview and refuse to give me a clean copy). - The full, unedited flyover video. Either it was edited, or Pagel and Baldwin didn't video the Zipperer property or anywhere else? - The unedited CASO Dispatch/Radio Calls. - The unedited MTSO Dispatch calls, AND include the Radio traffic for Nov 4, 2005, which has never been disclosed. - All of the information on the blunt/bloody instrument the WCL found in the back of the RAV4 on Nov 6, 2005. - The Zipperer voicemail from Teresa. It clearly existed in January 2007. It was on your exhibit list. I could make an extensive list. @DukeJuke11 is looking for answers, same as me, @DrSilkman @NotNoseyRen and so many others. As for the 3 FP Members that left, well, they did that on their own. Duke had nothing to do with that.
