Loved my conversation with a passionate @DuncanFrench of the @ufc. If we are truly putting athletes and coaches first, then we as practitioners should embrace the concept of holism across the different sectors of sport science.

Even in combat sports, where you NEED to find as MUCH VARIOUS fitness & skills as possible, it is still essential to get that "buy-in" from the main people: athletes and coaches!
