Point a Claude Managed Agents self-hosted environment @E2B. Spin up the E2B/claude-managed-agents-webhooks template (auto-resume router on :8000), register its URL for `session.status_run_started`, and each session gets its own persistent worker sandbox with /mnt/session as workdir. Anthropic runs the loop; E2B runs the tools. Smoke test cookbook included.

Being open source used to be about developers. Now it's also about models.
When you open source your code, you're not just making it easier for a human to integrate you. You're letting the labs train on it. The model learns you exist. It learns your API. Agents start recommending you and onboarding your users before they ever open your docs.
That shift is one of the things I got into with Nasdaq's Kristina Ayanian: where AI infrastructure is heading, and how LLMs are reshaping the industry that trains them.
