Famine continues to claim lives in Karamoja. Amidst the difficulties, we have reached over 2500 (about 12500-25000 people) households, 1 school with over 1000 pupils, 2 feeding centres of about 350 children, 2 hospitals. But it ain't enough. @MSF @EMDoc_Ines @YN_BUDDU @SpireJim

These are some of the disturbing photos about hunger in Karamoja. Many have died and many will continue to die from starvation.
I'm appealing to my networks to send something to help these people. About Β£25 will feed a household for 2-4 weeks.
