We were called at 17:47 to Upper Carlisle Road, Eastbourne, to reports of a derelict building fire. We currently have 8 appliances on scene. Please avoid the area.

Suspected blue-green algae bloom affecting Princes Park Lake. It's a natural occurrence but the algae can cause rashes, nausea and vomiting. Children and pets should be kept out of the lake. Princes Park splash pad is not impacted and remains open. It runs on a freshwater system
