You only see what you see on Fox News. But there is an ugly side to Republican politics in Florida and you need to understand that once DeSantis is gone, things will change and not for the better if a) Byron Donalds is elected and b) the current crop of Florida GOP leadership isn't run out on a rail. Don't be fooled by Donalds constant interviews on FoxNews. He's not what he seems. These people will turn this state purple. They will bow down to Big Weed, Big Ag, Big Development, and Big Tech. Everything will be for sale.

Hey, FL-06 folks...don't be fooled by loser Randy Fine again. He's not a neighbor. He doesn't live in the district. He doesn't care your you or the district. 99% of his X posts are about Israel. Not about what he's done for FL-06. Vote for Aaron Baker. He's a neighbor and he knows the district.

Maybe we need a reckoning here in Florida. Maybe it's time to tell the @FloridaGOP that they aren't the boss of us. Maybe it's time to walk away if they won't hold a proper primary and debates. Maybe it's time to take our votes elsewhere. Only one way to show them we mean business.

Saw this coming in 2025 when Trump endorsed Donalds. It was a set up. A "campaign" strategy to rival his. Run from debates, use fake polls, and have influencers push for unity long before the primary. Of course, MAGA fell for it. But here in Florida, we arent so gullible. We need debates. Make it a fair fight. No crowning before they earn it.

Something is deeply off with the @FloridaGOP. Hopeful that @GovRonDeSantis will speak out: Republican voters deserve a debate between @Paul_Renner , @JayCollinsFL, and @ByronDonalds. This is a primary election, not a coronation.

Florida conservatives...it's time to send a message to the @FloridaGOP. We will not be told who to vote for, be it in the primary or the general election. We will not accept a "crowned" candidate. We will not accept rigged debates. Conservatives, step back and fight back. The only way to do this is to vote NO on Byron Donalds and if he manages to win the primary, write in a candidate in the general or vote for the Dem candidate. It's the only way the FL GOP gets the message. Don't be used to further THEIR agenda.

Out of curiosity, does anyone really get a thrill when a car with a modified engine or exhaust system loudly drives by, especially those who then speed off like they are at Daytona? Or a vehicle with a big bass stereo system that vibrates your car or house? Are you impressed?

There was an earthquake off of Cuba today that was felt on the west coast and central Florida. Our brilliant county (Lake) shut down all county offices "out of a concern for safety" because a lot of our county buildings are "older." C'mon. They've never done that with hurricane winds. They shut down like everyone else but never using the excuse that the buildings might be compromised.

But that's not stopping MAGA from losing their koolaid-laced shit over a concert that two days ago, they didn't even know was happening.

It would be nice if every time I actually try to read an article online that the pop-ups could be contained to a maximum of ten. I'm not going to read any of your content if I can't get through the wall of ads in less than a minute. What's even worse, is the number of ads on the obituary page. Ridiculous.
