Our recent manuscript got out in @Virus_Evolution from the @RajaoPerez_lab in collaboration with @anice_lowen. We evaluated the intra- and inter-host virus evolution of H9N2 influenza virus in Japanese quail. doi.org/10.1093/ve/veac001.
