Many EUS needles are available. Not all can try out each needle. The work offers a comparison of actual needles, so you can look for the "best" needle for your needs. But it is obvious different needles for interventions and tissue sampling are needed.

Hot axios for Braun entero-enterostomy after Whipple. An interesting fact is that the anastomosis is still patent 1.5 year after a indwelling time of 6 mo.

I always feel that post-ERC cholecystitis (esp. after FC-SEMS placement) is common and put it at about 5-10%. This study shows that it is not, at~1.5%. What is your experience? Should we be more relax on this topic?
