Coal is the lifeblood of an affordable, prosperous future. We need more energy, not less. Wyoming is America's energy breadbasket and Wyoming coal will deliver.

States that choose to sue their fellow basin states over Colorado River operations should not expect Congress to reward that decision with additional federal funding.  Federal taxpayers should not be asked to subsidize litigation among states.

The Energy Title of @SenateGOP’s Working Families Tax Cuts Act helped generate a record-breaking $4 BILLION from a single lease sale in New Mexico and Texas.   That means billions of dollars in revenue for New Mexican schools and communities, good-paying jobs, increased domestic production, and real American energy independence.

Great news for Wyoming and the West - the Senate just confirmed Stevan Pearce to head up the Bureau of Land Management. Decisions made by @BLMNational have a significant impact on Wyoming’s economy and our way of life. Director Pearce will be a strong partner in the fight to protect the multiple-use of Wyoming’s and all of America’s federal lands.

For years, layers of regional bureaucracy slowed forest management and created roadblocks that made it harder to get things done. The Forest Service’s reorganization will push resources closer to the forests and districts where these decisions actually matter.
