1. Heat Engine Refined Groundnut Oil in a pan, sautรฉ onions till golden
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, tomatoes
3. Add spices, salt & yam cubes
4. Pour water, cover pan & simmer till tender
5. Add coconut milk

3. Stir-fry mixed veggies until tender-crisp
4. Add pineapple chunks, cooked rice, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well

3. Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and Thai basil
4. Drain tofu on a paper towel
5. Toss tofu with Thai basil sauce
