Un truc que le software t'apprend vite : La moindre friction tue la conversion. Un bouton mal placé, un loading de trop, et l'utilisateur part. L'économie, c'est pareil. Sauf que personne ne le voit comme ça. Un passeport qui met 3 mois. Un dossier administratif qui boucle à l'infini. Une création d'entreprise qui demande 14 formulaires. C'est exactement un produit avec une UX catastrophique. Sauf que le "produit", c'est l'État. Et tu ne peux pas churn. La défiance qu'on observe partout envers les institutions, la montée des extrêmes c'est pas un bug idéologique. C'est le symptôme prévisible d'un système plein de friction que personne n'a jamais optimisé. En software, quand ton produit génère de la frustration, les users partent ou deviennent hostiles. Dans une société, ils votent aux extrêmes. Ce qu'on prend pour des causes profondes immigration, insécurité, déclassement ce sont souvent les boucs émissaires d'un problème d'ordre 1 : des systèmes humains mal designés qui créent de la friction à chaque interaction avec le citoyen. La solution n'est pas idéologique. Elle est architecturale.
