Words can’t express the joy of a teacher to have a visit from a student from their first year of teaching 25 years ago! Pure joy! And it’s even better when your English student brings you a copy of the three books that they’ve written! This is a good day. A very good day! 💚

Dynamic core exercises. Need a partner & ball. #1:Stand back2back w/partner. Partner w/ ball passes ball to side while the other grabs it-repeat. #2 Pass the ball above your heads and then proceed to squat position simultaneously and pass the ball under your legs. Repeat @tdsb
