4 months without a mission! I took advantage of this day off to do one!
A big mistake and the robocar got stuck... I had to look for it on my bike, but everything could be resumed ;)

Currently testing the #ROS gbplanner package (github.com/ntnu-arl/gbplanneβ¦) from @arlteam and used in the @DARPA Subterranean Challenge (#SubTChallengee) in #simulation.
It's insane!! Perception, mapping, localization, path planning, control... An incredible amount of work!!

This children #Buggy can also be radiocontrolled!!!
I wonder if it could be hacked, so that, PCs, sensors and so on could be easily installed for an nice UGV test platform...
It costs 450β¬, and reaches 7 km/h...

This is Helsinki in 2022. We found solution to deliver burgers with autonomous robots but not for collecting trash from our streets.
Is there an autonomous robot that does the job (not beach cleaning or sweeping bots) or should we start making one?
