When grassroots is winning, the establishment would rather pick the nominee than let Republican voters decide. By endorsing candidates before the primary, they helped create a situation where candidates could avoid a true debate at the Sunshine Showdown. Three polls. One clear winner. Republican voters, not party insiders, should choose our nominee on August 18th.

I’ll break this down in the most simplistic terms possible for people that aren’t tuned in to Politics. The Republican Party of Florida just disenfranchised all of the Republican voters in the state of Florida. Not only did they cave to large donors. They will not allow @j_fishback @JayCollinsFL @Paul_Renner @BobbyWFlgov2026 Or any other Republican candidate for governor of the state of Florida to be invited or even debate. As someone that’s voting for Byron Donald, I find this absolutely disgusting, and I think that Republican voters deserve the right to hear from all candidates in their party! The RPOF did not stand on their own principles. They did not stand on integrity and instead caved to large donors. The RPOF needs change and fast. Absolutely disgusting!

This isn't right... Republican voters have an orange return envelope for their ballot. Unaffiliated voters have an purple return envelope. If someone wanted to tamper with ballots, this makes it easier... Why not just use the same return envelope for everyone?

The “Sunshine Showdown” is being promoted as the premier kickoff of Florida’s 2026 statewide Republican debates, yet grassroots candidates won’t be allowed on stage with establishment-backed candidates. Voters want debates. Party leadership wants handpicked candidates. By shutting out grassroots voices, @EvanPower is alienating voters, deepening divisions within the party, and ignoring what many Republicans are demanding: open debates and a fair exchange of ideas. A party that claims to represent the people shouldn’t be deciding who gets heard before voters have their say.
