In my experience, “I have no choice” usually means I made a choice about X topic a while back, and then forgot that I could change it.
In other words, I got so locked into my own old thinking that I forgot it could be changed.

The statement "I have no choice" is a lie. Be honest with yourself as to why you are choosing to do a particular thing. Then, do it gladly, knowing that you are always getting to do what you want. You can choose. Isn't that power?

In one of Ken Wapnik’s workshops he says that if we forget that Jesus is always talking about our mind & not our behavior, it is easy to lose our way and become confused by our study of ACIM. When I hear that, I realize how often I forget what my objective is in studying ACIM.

In the wake of the assassination of Malcolm X in 1965, Merritt Junior College students Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale founded the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense on October 15, 1966, in West Oakland, California. Shortening its name to the Black Panther Party.
