Great cops in Baltimore and a great States Attorney in Ivan Bates and his staff. These are the reasons for the crime decline. Criminals in jail and the prospect of jail works. FOP3 commends all involved!

States Attorney Ivan Bates has been a game changer for Baltimore. He has restored the rule of law, and we all owe him a dept of gratitude for taking on this challenge. He has embraced the men and women of the BPD who have always policed Baltimore effectively, it just took the right partner to bring it all together.
