We demonstrated a straightforward technique of capturing 🧬 structure solely from RNAseq data, which can then be used to control for population stratification in downstream analyses

In conclusion, our paper (biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…) demonstrates population structure can be directly inferred and controlled using RNAseq data, facilitating improved retrospective and future analyses of transcriptomic data.
