I do find it fascinating how there have been a slew of players now over the last few seasons that have specifically wanted to end up with the Washington Wizards. The current culture that's being fostered around positional versatility and flexibility amongst its young players presents opportunities for everyone to contribute, handle the ball, and be productive on offense. Defensive improvements will be key regardless of if its AJ Dybantsa or Darryn Peterson on the Wizards. But again, I LOVE where this franchise is headed.

AJ Dybansta was at Game 4 of the NBA Finals which was Wednesday. He then went to DC on Thursday and was here Friday too with the Wizards. According to the reporting out there.
Itβs not lost on me that while AJ was at the Finals being a player correspondent and getting all the media love/hype, Peterson was in DC in the gym working out in front of Winger/Dawkins.
He probably was in there playing 1 on 1 against Ky who never leaves the gym either lol.

Alex Sarr underwent successful surgery today in New York City to repair a right foot fracture that he suffered during a workout that involved contact, Wizards officials said. The Wizards are confident that he'll be ready for the beginning of the season.

This game of draft chess between Washington and Utah the last 2 years is fascinating. The Jazz take Ace Bailey at 5 last year when the Wizards had 6. This year, Will Dawkins is keeping everyone guessing and not saying in advance whether itβs going to be AJ or DP.

Other than going back to the Bullets name, this is just about the best the Wizards can do in terms of a rebrand.
The Webber/Howard era Bullets uniforms were the best the franchise looked in my lifetime.
This concept is much better than their current look.

Likely this is my next to last ranking. Tiers are close to being set but order may change slightly, especially Tiers 6 & 7. Outside of top 4, the biggest drop-off comes after Tier 6 - we go from late 1st quality to mid-2nd quality. The NIL really wiped out top half of 2nd round!
