I'm not saying having kids on social media is a great thing, but this does feel a lot like parents outsourcing their responsibilities to the state out of fear of confrontion.
A mum stopped me at the station to say how happy she is that we are legislating to protect children online.
She’s excited for her younger son to have more quality time during his childhood.
That’s all any parent wants, and the Government is taking action to support this.

We are banning social media access for under 16s.
These days kids must find their feet in a world where technology intrudes into every area of their life.
