RIP Fable 🪦
As a result of a US government directive, we are suspending access to Claude Fable 5 for all users. You can continue to use all other Claude models. Here’s what this means for you: Across Claude products, new sessions will run on your selected default model or Opus 4.8, and existing Fable 5 sessions will end with an error. On the Claude Platform, requests to Fable 5 will also return an error. Please update your integrations to other Claude models. We know this is a disruption to your workflows; we appreciate your patience and support.

I’m getting Copilot Cowork to draft a prompt for another AI. At the end of the response Copilot Cowork is eager for me to just let it do the work lol

Copilot Studio agents are about to leave the tenant (kinda) Just found Multi-tenant support in Copilot Studio. An agent hosted in one tenant can be accessed from another Microsoft Entra tenant. >Teams. >Microsoft 365 Copilot. >External customers. >Store distribution. This is how agents become actual products. But the warning is LOUD. Maker credentials across tenants need serious governance. Do not turn this on like it is some random checkbox. Microsoft is cooking. When Microsoft releases the Copilot Super App, there are going to be a few major lanes. >Chat is where you ask, reason, summarize, and create. >Cowork is where you delegate real work. >Code is where GitHub Copilot builds, reviews, debugs, and ships. >Autopilots are where agents like Scout keep moving in the background with their own identity. The whole GAME is context. People. Files. Meetings. Email. Apps. Systems. Agents. Microsoft is collapsing work into one AI command center. Can’t wait for this!

MDASH beats Mythos btw 👀
Codename MDASH is an agentic vulnerability discovery and remediation system built to help teams find issues, move faster on fixes, and create secure code from the start. Coming soon to GitHub Copilot CLI and the Microsoft Defender portal.

Mistral Medium 3.5 just showed up in Copilot Studio. Experimental, yes. But the signal is LOUD. Copilot Studio agents are getting more model choice right inside the build experience. Not buried in some random dev portal. Inside the agent. That means builders are going to start thinking differently: Which model reasons best? Which model responds fastest? Which model fits the business case? Which model should this agent actually run on? Microsoft is cooking Have you used Mistral?

Submitting prompts with typos used to be the machine learning benchmark back in the day
Replying to @_ARahim_ @bcherny
only boomers fix typos in prompts. llms perfectly understand you even if you mistype.

Adding tools to Scout is the easiest I have ever seen. I just told it: >Add this tool. >Install this plugin. >Connect to this Dataverse environment. Done. Now Scout has access to Canvas Apps, code apps, Dataverse admin, metadata, data operations, querying, and MCP setup. Tools give the agent hands. A continuous feedback loop gives it momentum. Put those together… This is POWER

Calling loops “new architecture” is hilarious. Feedback loops are day one automation. The only new part is watching people discover them in public.

Let’s go deeper into Work IQ. This is the workplace intelligence layer behind Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents. Emails. Files. Meetings. Chats. People. Business systems. Dataverse. Loop. That is where work actually happens. Most agents are only as good as the context they can reach. Work IQ gives agents that context. Data. Memory. Inference. Grounded. Personal. Governed. Actionable. Microsoft already owns the flow of work. Now they are turning it into intelligence. What are your agents grounded in?

Just spotted /goal inside Copilot Cowork. The skill says Cowork can keep working until a condition is met or it hits the effort limit. You are basically giving Cowork a target and letting it keep pushing until the work is done. Still need to test how far this actually goes. But as a signal? Yeah. This is big. What you putting for your first /goal ?
