I literally live and die by BC Football but god damn BC Basketball Twitter is better. Bunch of sickos watching a team that had 8 players transfer out and isn’t playing one of their best recruits sweating scheme for a Tuesday game against Dartmouth.

Am I alone in thinking that: 1. This doesn’t seem like the right fit for the GWOT. and 2. This is actually a cool looking memorial/monument that would’ve been a better fit for another purpose. (I also actually think the cyclical helix is a really interesting metaphor)
The GWOT Memorial—much like the war itself—is an ugly, purposeless monstrosity that appears to have been orchestrated by career bureaucrats in a Pentagon basement conference room. Planned by think-tank staffers, supervised by a committee of GS-15s and overpaid consultants, designed in PowerPoint to be as generic and inoffensive as possible. By resembling a pointless infinite loop, it’s the perfect metaphor for our forever wars. But our fallen heroes deserve far better.

No joke this could be the karma explosion that blows the series.
"I don't think they have faith in their own police force…the mayor's office, and the commissioner too, do not have the experience to do this…they're not Knicks fans. He's not a Knick fan” – James Dolan

These are nice, but the Nets should obviously either go Dr. J era, or completely flip and go Dodgers colors.
Hey Brooklyn, your turn to rebrand

It is actually so sick seeing this crowd. Shoutout SVU.

I’m totally fine with this specific 14/18 split. I’d lose my brain if it was inverted.
In The Athletic's latest 2026 NBA mock draft by @Sam_Vecenie, the Charlotte Hornets select Morez Johnson Jr at #14 and Allen Graves at #18. 🤔 14. Morez Johnson Jr — 6-9 big, 20 years old, Michigan 18. Allen Graves — 6-8 forward, 19 years old, Santa Clara

Getting dangerously close to the pitch for Nets tickets being “season tickets include tickets to two Knicks games in New York at face value”
Just got a call from the Barclays Center from a poor guy who's making cold calls trying to sell Nets season tickets. He confirms that the timing has been rough for him today.

UM is Tier 2 only if Tier 1 is exclusively the Ivy League MIT CalTech. I’ll hear arguments for Stanford.
UM in tier 2 is fine if you look at it like this: Tier 1: Ivies and other top privates (for ex Duke) Tier 2: Top state schools (UVA) and 2nd tier privates (for ex Emory) Some drop-off Tier 3: Good state schools (UMD) And then drop-off with tiers below it

A lot of wrong answers in the replies. It’s obviously Randy Johnson nailing that bird.
What’s the best throw in MLB history?

If you’re not following anyone in the greater Carolina sports world, this is about to be the biggest story in sports.
If the Carolina Hurricanes score 4 goals in the 3rd period to tie the game I’ll get a stormy tattoo. Please, for the love god.

Without even a hint of jest, the buttons, switches, and levers of the Falcon’s cockpit are the absolute best part of Smugglers Run at Disney. I could probably sit in there for an hour just fucking around with buttons like a toddler with a busy board.
I love Andor understood how great pushing buttons is and just had dozens and dozens of shots of it.

This is almost scarier than folks not getting the question right: the need to overcomplicate simple intuition (a second order effect of AI usage). The answers are large ranges, with the smallest being “less than 5 years.” 20% is 1/5. You’re guaranteed to double in 5 years.
Replying to @LinkofSunshine
> 1000 * 1.2^x = 2000 > 1.2^x = 2 > x = log(2)/log(1.2) = 3.8 years. Majority of people don't know how to use logarithms or how to set up such equations, so I'm not sure why this is concerning. Unless there's a simpler way to do this?

Totally wrong. Shit there is a world where Boston does this for Trey and Poole and no picks lol. Start throwing in picks with the new lottery odds and Brad does this in a heartbeat.
Brad wouldn't answer that phone call. Trade a horse for 2 ponies and couple picks with the new draft lottery... quite the fantasy

Hey @therealmcnair friendly question here - was there ever a thought of going to a fourth button on the placket? Love the look of everything but as a big boy I could use a little extra coverage on the real estate.
For our Summer Release, we’ll be introducing two fully striped Arnie Polos, along with the George, our new pique polo, available in Crisp White and Dark Navy. We’ll also be releasing the McNair Pocket Tee, crafted from the same premium Supima cotton used in our polos. Quantities will be limited. In addition, we’ll be doing another production run of our shorts and Tour Visors, and we’ll have a very limited number of select items currently in production available as well. We’ll open summer belt and cash clip orders in about a week, once all outstanding belt orders have been delivered. The Summer Release will officially open once all Spring Release items have been delivered to customers in June. This keeps incentives aligned between us and customers because we need to deliver product before selling more of the same. Illustrative photos are below, as these items are currently in sampling. Thanks!

D and E only real contenders here, and it’s E for 2/3 of the year.
You just won a 2-week, all-expenses-paid vacation. But there’s a catch: you have to stay within one region the whole time. What are you picking?
