Today I have put the stops on Formensake.com The idea from the beginning was simple, a place for men to find adequate support for what ever stage they were in life. The project has set me back near £2000, from building the website, webflow no code apps to the monthly hosting charge. I didn't make a single penny from this and honestly I have no regrets. But now the costs are too much for me and I don't seem to have the energy I once did. From early 2024 when I had the idea of ForMenSake until now November 2025 the issues surrounding men are still there and I am struggling to see if things have gotten any better. For me, the experience of helping men is like finding someone with a broken leg, you shout out hoping someone will help but no one does. They stand for a moment or two and say how its a terrible thing and then go on their way. I hope the website and this X page brought some positive impact to men who are struggling in this world. Thanks to @FarzaTV for pushing me through @_buildspace to make this idea into a reality. Thank you to those who followed me. Perhaps one day I will revive the website, but for now it is goodbye.

Every year for vday her dad always took her on a date and this year since she was in college, they planned a virtual date where she would fit him when she could. Feminism has been a monumental movement advancing women's rights, and it's clear this has also affected men in various ways. One would hope the UN of all organisations would understand that male issues are real, that male activism is a valid cause, and not simply an excuse to blame feminism..

Ever since working on ForMenSake, I've had to step back multiple times. There's a whole lot of hurting in the male world. What's worse is how little people care and how there's little appetite for sustained change. I won't be giving up anytime soon, but this is by no means easy.

"We need a male-centered approach" resonates strongly. Many men avoid therapy because they want to solve problems themselves. Effective support doesn't pathologise men or dictate solutions, it empowers them with resources that respect their autonomy.
