Welp it happened. Got hit by a car while I was cycling to work today. I was in a bike lane with 4 different lights on and wearing a high visibility reflective vest. None of that mattered. The driver didn't even look. Lucky to walk away with only a broken clavicle.

14 years ago I created a little green space place outside our home with two planters providing four 🚲 parking spaces.
Neighbours have since added another 8 planters and the council have added two cycle hangers.
