Based on a much revered homebrew recipe ‘Sprucemas 2022’ is a strong dark winter ale brewed with a selection of medium/dark malts, molasses, freshly picked Scottish spruce tips, dried fruits and spices.
Yesterday a few of us went on a very warm Pub’n’Chips Round in the Lake District. There’s a few variations possible to make it easier or harder, but the main point is to have fun rather than go fast on this one.
