with Claude Fable 5 (and GPT 5.5 to some extent) there is now more need to balance sleep vs pushing agents 24/7

I used to refuse to work with people who would say "Lets re-write it in Rust" this morning (while I was on a run) .... I one-shot prompted Claude Fable 5 to rewrite one of my CLI tools that I use daily in Rust (works perfectly 👀)

My current lifemaxxing stack: 5am — Wake up, start a load of laundry, run 3 miles 6am — Make the kids’ lunches and breakfasts 7am — Get the kids up, fed, and dressed for school 8am — Bike the kids to preschool, pick up Trader Joe’s groceries 9am–5pm — Crank work   1pm — Lunch break and walk outside with my wife 5pm — Bike the kids back from preschool, maybe stop at playground if nice out 6pm — Dinner and clean the kitchen 7pm — Bath time and story time 8pm — Kids in bed, check emails, watch YouTube 9pm — Get in bed, read The Economist 10pm — Lights out Wouldn’t change a thing.
My current lifemaxxing stack: - 4:30am wake up - Read classic books - 3 hours creative work before 8am - Lift/run 6x/week - Eat single ingredient foods - Present time with fam/friends - 20-min evening sauna - Wild Roman skincare routine - 8:30pm bedtime Wouldn't change a thing.

Tbh this is a much better way to experience “claw”.

ClawPhone is alive. I installed OpenClaw on a $25 phone and gave it full access to the hardware. I haven’t explored everything yet, but it’s a cool formfactor for agents to run on.

Just tried 8090 Factory Alpha (cc @chamath). It slows you down to speed you up — forcing clarity, specs, and discrete units of work instead of messy one-shot builds. Check out my review...

Reading @benedictevans 2013 vintage slides... remembering when "Card UI" was the future (it was kinda right, but didn't matter in terms of platform shift)

An analysis built permissionlessly, leveraging as inputs, the live state-by-state data based on global bettors on Polymarket (not available to US persons today), a decentralized prediction market built on Polygon, a scaling solution for Ethereum, now has crossed 90% cumulative probability for the leading candidate across its live refreshing dashboard, hours (and maybe days) before any centralized news agency "calls" the Presidential election winner. If this is what web3 innovation feels like today - imagine what's possible with bright line laws, supportive regulators, and clearer paths for risk capital looking to find its way into the arena!
Ok, let’s do this. Unlike lame-ass poll-based Monte Carlos, these will update throughout the day and night based on state-by-state prediction market fluctuations. You can close the tab, but you will always come back. election.elidourado.com/

It’s wild how much Claude 3 from Anthropic can answer without searching the web. All of this info is somewhere in the model.

This Back Story Article in the Economist got me to watch Episode 1 of "The Regime" on HBO. The show is good, but not "Succession" good. Is fun to point out all of the Russia / Putin corollaries though.

💡🤖 Can large (non-software) enterprises use LLMs to develop software to disrupt SaaS providers. 🤔☁️ Why pay Salesforce $75 per user per month for 10k users, when you could use LLMs to make custom CRM at a much lower cost.

Wild how Midjourney and DALL-E are kinda the same thing “image generator”, but then when you start using them, the experiences are wildly different.
