We developed a single-molecule, multi-modal spatial genomics approach to visualize the structure and function of >100,000 individual extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) molecules in their native contexts.

Incredible technology and work by @LeiChangpku @Xieeee4. Honored to have been able to contribute to its application to cancer—it was such an incredible team to work on, and we got to study my favorite topic: the interplay between ecDNA and cell identity.
