You, Aunty Bev. You are the lowest. A Judge.. The one person in court that should be above reproach. The gate keeper of FAIRNESS and JUSTICE. Not only to the victim but to the defendant. You are even more of a disgrace. For many years you were a public defender. You fought everyday for a fair trial, for your clients. To fight for your clients constitutional rights. You have stood where Yannetti and Jackson stood. You denied an evidentiary hearing, you allowed evidence in. That any decent Judge wouldn’t even allow past the front door. You are a disgrace.

Remember when Krusty & the McAlberts said that Proctor was UNFAIRLY fired? That it was all just a political overreaction to his private use of the naughty c-word?

Remember when Proctor got caught lying about the Lexus tow time? It was just a copy/paste mistake. Maybe he just accidentally copied/pasted about tying “n-ggers to his bumper and dragging them thru the street.” Honor & integrity, still, right?

This is why the Sean Goode and Michael Proctor texts matter. It is not just that the messages were vile. They were. It is not just that they showed racism, misogyny, and a complete lack of professionalism. They did. It is that these messages came out of a friend circle that overlaps with the very Canton social network at the center of the Karen Read case. The “Kenner” in the chats is Kenner Johnson, son of a former New England Patriots player. This tight knit circle included people like Kati Brown, who has a child with Keith Albert, along with Jillian Daniels, Courtney Proctor, and others connected to the Canton group. That matters. Courtney Proctor is Michael Proctor’s sister. Keith Albert is Brian Albert’s brother. Brian Albert owned 34 Fairview Road. John O’Keefe was found on that property. Michael Proctor became the lead investigator. Sean Goode was working dispatch when the 911 calls came in, responded to the scene, interacted with the Alberts, and later turned out to be part of this same ugly text-message world. So please spare us the idea that people are “reaching” when they talk about conflicts of interest. This was not six degrees of separation. This was one degree, two degrees, and in some places basically sitting at the same table. When an investigation involves a house owned by one connected family, a lead investigator whose family is close to that circle, and a Canton officer tied into the same network, the public has every right to ask Was this an investigation? Or was this a protection plan?

“THE LAB WAS BACKED UP!!” One of my favorite ridiculous lies from AFKR. Like the state crime lab would say, “We’re swamped. That dead cop’s bloody clothes? Eh…just hold onto them for 6 weeks.”
Replying to @DoctorTurtleboy
The funniest part was Tully wearing carefully photographing my notes from the trash about anal beeds, and making list of the biggest stories I had written at the time. These are the same guys who left John O'Keefe's clothes on the floor for 18 months without processing them.

I guess I don’t understand how if @DoctorTurtleboy announced ahead of time he was going to do the rolling rally, such that it gave everyone time to get out of dodge and also gave the cops time to put up cameras to monitor - why didn’t the cops stop it if it’s so illegal?

I wonder if Greg Connor was part of the discussions at the NDAO about claiming work product privilege in an effort to preclude MSP from handing all these documents over.

If Dave Aronberg is a McAlbert talking head, he’s ineffective at defending the evidence used to prosecute Karen Read. The fact he’s a former state attorney is terrifying. Martin, @BrotherCounsel was phenomenal and professional. Dave, Hank Brennan didn’t even trust his own vehicle data experts. He replaced Trooper Paul with Aperture because Paul’s testimony in the first trial proved Karen Read did not hit John O’Keefe with her SUV. Brennan then relied on Aperture expert Burgess, who has since been fired for being exposed as an academic fraud, and Welcher, whose reconstruction involved painting his arm blue and dressing up as John O’Keefe. Even Welcher admitted he could not explain how the alleged collision occurred, or the dog bite looking injuries. Brennan was also caught withholding x-rays from Welcher. ARCCA, the Feds hired experts, explained that the absence of injuries beyond superficial abrasions made a vehicle strike impossible. Welcher testified no x-rays were taken during the autopsy, which indicated he knows ARCCA was correct, and this is likely why Welcher was not brought back in rebuttal. Brennan was forced to apologize after misrepresenting evidence during his cross examination of Dr. Wolfe regarding the holes in John O’Keefe’s sweatshirt. Disgraceful conduct, even for a mob defense attorney hired to prosecute Karen Read. Most tellingly, Brennan didn’t even mention Aperture in his closing argument. 📺 youtu.be/m4kxdkJHbpg?si=sGS0…

Not only was there zero evidence of Colin‘s whereabouts, beyond the odd screenshot, he was mentioned by Julie Nagel in her interview with Proctor as being at the party. Proctor listed EVERYONE except for Colin in his report. If Colin left at 12:10, why such effort to hide him?
Serious question: If Colin's whereabouts that night were conclusively established through phone data, location data, and federal review, why was none of that evidence introduced publicly at either trial? Not asking what people have heard. Not asking what people believe happened behind the scenes. I'm asking what actual record, exhibit, report, extraction, or testimony the public can review that independently establishes his movements minute-by-minute. If it exists, I'd genuinely like to see it.

So called "Karen Read supporters" are now turning on David Yannetti and aligning themselves with Julie Carpenter. Keep telling yourself TBDS isn't real.
Yanetti went silent after being exposed and caught lying about referring to Lucky as a rat. Whether you like @JulieCar94 or not, she was clearly correct. I didn't see AKR defending Proctor after his racist text messages were exposed. Quite the opposite, they were quick to denounce him. Yet when similar conduct comes from @BostonDefender or @DoctorTurtleboy, the more delusional elements of the FKR crowd either make excuses for it or pretend it never happened. FKR will almost certainly attack me for this post. You know loves my posts? Karen Read. You know who Karen Read doesn't like? Yanetti and Turtleboy.

When Yuri came to my house to address what I said to Elizabeth Proctor about her scumbag husband he asked me if I wanted to see the "vile and disgusting" things said by other people. Which is kind of ironic because I've read Proctor's texts and they are a lot more than vile.

Wow @MafiaMasshole is super-spiraling now. She’s trying to lecture Damon on morals, that’s rich. I’m sure Damon has advised his client of the prior events and any necessary waivers executed. He cannot break confidentiality of any other clients. I’m also quite sure that he realizes that you’re an obsessed head case and he will play you like a fiddle during deposition. You can only answer questions, not ask them. Kate’s all consuming obsession is stalkeresque.

The dates in the letter provided by the "doctor/specialist" show that this request could have been made earlier? Letter requested to continue deposition indefinitely, as opposed to the temporary continuance request in Proctor's motion for emergency protective order? No CV provided. Only a signature of the letter writer, despite the letter containing the signatory lines of other committee members? Did Proctor's attorney even review the letter sent prior to sending it to the judge? Did Proctor's attorney even vet this place/this person? Did his lawyer just think that the judge just needed something, anything to grant the motion? Proctor's lawyer is the worst. So bad that i wouldn't be surprised if the Krust or some other minion was his paralegal.
