A huge thanks to @EwanAllinson and David Taylor from the Dry Stone Wall Association today at Balgreen.
After major vandalism they did a rebuild of the stone bench, working until it was dark.
Beers are on us in future.

I think we’re far enough along to announce that @GDCC_ are purchasing one of these ex-National Galleries museum display cabinets for us, and we have found a location near the cemetery to host it! It will allow us to display all of the bits and pieces we’ve accumulated! 📖📚🪦
In nice news, Dalry Cemetery is really cool! It’s full of wildlife & interesting Victorian monuments & loads of trees! We have benches, we have bins, we have catacombs! It’s a beautiful & peaceful oasis where you can walk your dog, have a picnic, or just enjoy the scenery. ☺️🪦🌳
Our next workshop will be Wildcrafting in White Park! Join us this Sunday at 1pm and learn how to make your own cord from foraged materials 🌳
This workshop for adults is #free, book your place now by emailing your name and postcode !

Why on earth??
Before and After 🌸🌳😥
