The local farmwatch What's App group has been busy this week. Tens of reports daily of coursers and fly tippers. A real threat to wildlife and people. No fictitious Puffins or rich men in tweed involved though so you won't hear much about it.

Poached squirrel pancakes for this #pancakeday... Some say I go too far with my game creations, personally I think I’ve got more to give... These were poached and then fried in toasted sesame oil. Delicious!
