I could use help PTs and muscle testing folks! Do you have any load cell recommendations to be used in a gym setting that allows real-time force feedback? The goal is to use it for knee extension training so it's even better if the feedback is easily viewable (monitor or app).

IMHO, resistance training is the most important physical activity you can do for overall health and wellness. However, that doesn't discount the benefits of aerobic exercise. The two are synergistic and can have additive effects. Do both...
