Nice to see this little article about Yann Tomita, one of my all-time favorite musicians and maybe the only guy whose music is strange enough to merit calling himself an "audio scientist." Here's four albums from him I would say are pretty much perfect.

I made beats for this Kentucky hip hop collective in highschool as "Deadly D"- R.I.P. to Jason Noble and much love to the rest of the, er, Krew. Amazed to see a reissue. Very much of its time but also: you can hear the bands these folks would go on to create percolating here.
