@TfL tried to pay my #congestioncharge on the 22/05/21 and have been issued a penalty of £80 eventhough I had tried several times to pay. I have called customer services but they said I had to pay the fine yet from what I saw it had been pending. (1/2)

@TfL Even more on the 11/06/21 I tried to pay in advance for my travel on the 12/06/21 yet the payment went into pending on my bank account however had disappeared after 5 days. I called again today and have been told to wait for another penalty charge to be issued. (2/2)
