Our designs for the transformation of the Vange Water Works site in Fobbing have been submitted to Thurrock Borough Council, for Bellway Homes. The planning application comprises 178 Residential dwellings including a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed family houses, and 1 and 2 bed apts.
