#Alzheimer’s therapies targeting amyloid-β plaques have mostly failed. In this new Lee lab paper, the precise age & location of plaques greatly impacts the efficacy of any individual drug. It might be better to cover all bases by combining drugs. doi.org/10.15252/emmm.202216…

Congratulations to my friend, colleague, and Lee lab member Dr. Ehsan Dadgar-Kiani @ehsan_dadgar for his successful PhD defense today. In this work, Ehsan managed to track and disrupt the progression of disease in a preclinical model of #Parkinsons.
