While EV companies are making it more accessible to own an EV, having access to an EV doesn’t guarantee that the driver will have an improved driving experience on the road. Even with lower emissions, traffic congestion will still be an issue. #ITS #mobility #smartcity #ev

Big news, folks: The Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal has officially passed the Senate. I hope Congress will send it to my desk as soon as possible so we can continue our work of building back better.
With the U.S. Senate passing the $1 Trillion Infrastructure bill, it’s important to know how the funding will be allocated. These funds will allow U.S. cities to prioritize projects surrounding traffic congestion, road safety, emissions, etc. #mobility nytimes.com/2021/08/10/us/po…

Americans shouldn’t be losing hours of their lives stuck in traffic because the streets are crumbling — or waiting for slow, spotty internet to connect them to the world. We can do better. We’ve got to pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal.

The infrastructure deal makes the largest federal investment in public transit ever. The largest federal investment in passenger rail since the creation of Amtrak. The single largest dedicated bridge investment since the Interstate Highway System was built. It’s historic.
