Summer is here!
Last week marked the end of this years training programmes so we got together with everyone who made it possible and celebrated their achievements at our annual Summer Celebration.

I recently had the joy of joining our MLP participants for a session on 'The right conversations' where they discussed and practiced creating safe environments for challenging conversations, something that is crucial not only in a leadership role but also in day to day life!

Rocking Around The Clock!
Making time to design and build a clock during lunchtime DT club to make each second count, Alfie put his hands together to use the laser cutter to construct a personalised wall clock. We are very proud of your work Alfie!!!
