Gary Rosacker stole the show last night when he received his Lifetime Achievement bolo tie at the Fon Annual Meeting. Past president Greg Baxter gained applause at to the event too. And incoming pres Whitey Richardson had fun recognizing outgoing pres Russ Rerucha. @gichamber
