@TfL, @willnorman, @SadiqKhan, @KrupeshHirani,
Do all journeys matter, or just the ones where bus drivers are in control. This is not an isolated incident.
How do I make a complaint?
My son and I do not deserve to be subjected to this.

We often lead bike rides through the City - it’s a great way to introduce beginner riders to the joys of safe infrastructure and show them how they can access important places. Safety means freedom for people concerned about traffic danger, especially parents and disabled people.

A new Birmingham City Council scrutiny report has highlighted the enormous financial burden of road harm, with road casualties costing around £205 million in Birmingham EVERY year.
The current status quo is not only unacceptable on a human level but also economically ruinous.
ALT When someone dies or is injured on the city’s roads, survivors and bereaved families are the ones most directly affected. However, it indirectly affects everyone within the city too. The total societal cost of killed and seriously injured casualties in the West Midlands for 2023 was £444 million. Road deaths and serious injuries in Birmingham during 2023 account for approximately £205 million of the regional costs (almost 50%). The costs are calculated annually based on estimated real costs for lost output, medical and ambulance, police, insurance and damage to property. Currently every fatality is estimated to cost £2.4 million, and when a person is seriously injured, £271,0001.
Great to see this agent promoting cycling facilities in High Holborn - gives a competitive advantage to employers; people turn up to work alert, healthy and ready to go! Safe cycling facilities in #Harrow would make our borough attractive to employers. @Ameet_Jogia @harrowtown
