As clinicians we need to understand the importance of symptoms, the biological transition and follow the trend of the FSH to come to a conclusion of how to manage the patient
I rarely do a FSH - UNLESS itβs going to change my clinical management OR I do it in women below 40yrs old to help me rule out conditions such as #primaryovarianinsufficiency (POI)
