Not pointing fingers and becoming more united than ever, these San Antonio Spurs are not only convinced that they will win on Saturday but that it's going to be a statement win.
All we have to lean on is what we've seen after big losses this year and how these young guys have reacted in elimination games. But the sense I get is that the same "urgency" switch that appeared dead after coasting up by 29 in New York, appears to have been fixed inside Spurs camp.
Interestingly, the sports books are reacting and currently they have San Antonio as 5.5 point favorites. Oddsmakers are strongly banking on the Spurs' home-court advantage and same elimination-game urgency to prolong the series.
