I’m excited to speak at Nature Conferences this October. Join me and fellow researchers from across various disciplines to discuss insights on in vitro disease models and tissue engineering. Great line up of speakers! Abstract submissions welcome. 👉 go.nature.com/43xmvlH
🚨👩🔬👨🔬🧪My lab is still looking for a postdoc to develop gene editing therapies for genetic skin diseases in beautiful Vancouver! If you like great science and the outdoors, this is the place to be: ubc.wd10.myworkdayjobs.com/e…
Together with @HedtrichLab we co-edited a special issue @ADDReditors about dermal drug delivery. Dont miss to read our Editorial, highlighting all the contributions to the issue. Thanks to all authors and to @krishansheora14 for designing the figure.

We’re looking for a postdoc to lead an exciting new collaborative project with @WilliamsLab_UBC! The focus is on studying the dynamics of immune cell glycosylation in the tumor microenvironment. See posting for more details. Please like and RT! grad.ubc.ca/ad/58149
Our paper describing the development of the very first small molecule inhibitor of TSLP is out in @EmboMolMed : lnkd.in/d9Q3BP36
TSLP is a key driver of atopic diseases & and our highly effective anti-TSLP compound can pave the way to novel anti-inflammatory treatments.
To verify its efficacy & safety, we developed an entirely human-based atopic diseases drug discovery platform which also has a wide application range in the context of atopic diseases. Congratulations to all collaborators & particularly Partho Adhikary who led this project.
Very proud of my PhD student Zheng Tan who is one of the Young Researcher Prize Winners of the 2024 Lush Prize: lushprize.org/2024-prize/202… Check out her exciting work in developing a multi-organ-chip that emulates key aspects of the atopic march @ubcpharmacy @berlinnovation
