🚨BREAKING: X pushed the biggest reply-algo changes - 1.7 million accounts purged for reply spam - since then, up to 30%–50% of crypto related replies* are now getting thrown into “probable spam” I did some research on this so here's what you should know (BOOKMARK THIS) 👇 ____ X is trying to kill reply spam, but crypto activity patterns look exactly like bot behavior to the algorithm. fast replies, repetitive formats, bursts of activity, high-volume conversations and the system struggles to tell spam apart. and because X is the layer one of attention, every InfoFi platform is downstream from this. if replies get suppressed at the base layer, creators (especially small ones) lose their most important tool to break through the void so here’s a simple blueprint to avoid getting filtered and keep your replies visible: ____ 1. space your replies out reply in waves instead of dropping 30 in one minute. sudden spikes look automated 2. vary your voice don’t reply with the same rhythm, phrasing or structure. mix short replies with longer ones 3. add actual context one-liners and generic reactions get flagged. two sentences of real thought survive more consistently 4. limit link usage even safe links can trigger the filter if you add them too often. 5. check your replies from another account don’t assume visibility. half your replies might be hidden without you knowing 6. clean up your account health verify your number, remove old app connections, avoid suspicious activity patterns 7. take cooldowns when needed a short break helps the algo reset its assumptions about your account ___ this isn’t about quality. this is the system misreading your behavior. you must adjust your patterns and try to always stay human in the algo's perception for InfoFi platforms: this shift is a signal too. if L1 makes replies harder, L2 needs to evolve. creators might need visibility mechanisms that don’t rely entirely on reply output basically X fights harder to eliminate spam but until the filters improve, you just need to always try and understand the rules in order to move smarter i’ll keep tracking this
