Really enjoying the series of engaging talks among the range of stakeholders present at #BlueNbSWeek taking place at the #UNESCO HQ, #Paris.
The conference outlines key outputs from @MaCoBioS and emphasises the need for increased stakeholder engagement to best implement NbS
UNESCO Chair in Ocean Governance, Prof. Pierre Failler, and the team of @blue_centre has arrived @UNESCO House starting the Blue #NBS Week and celebrating the success of the @MaCoBioS!

In case you missed it yesterday, our very own @DrAlexFord on UK breakfast TV discussing the impacts of #sewage borne #chemicals and #pollution on our local #marinewildlife. This follows news of the worst #sewage spills on record by #watercompanies in England.

In my @GMB chat with @DrAlexFord we noticed brown gunk floating around our feet. @SouthernWater was discharging sewage into the sea at that time, as shown by their own data. It lasted more than 21 hours. There was an another discharge period of more than four hours later today.
