Many thanks to my friend and TX State Sen. @mayes_middleton for filing #SB853 a critical bill aiming to exempt certain #Texas craft breweries like @HiSignBrewing from double taxation. We pay excise taxes on beer produced, then another tax when we sell the beer in our taproom.
