I know you're busy but try replying to people in the order they messaged please!

It appears the trick to getting a quick response from @EtihadHelp is to post personal ticket data. Those tweets get responses far quicker than general questions. No sense of any logical order to replying to customers. I get you're busy but 6hrs vs. a few minutes doesn't seem fair

@EtihadHelp @etihad I have booking from BKK to LHR 11/03 but don't have to rush back. I've waited 3hrs on chat but no progress. Maybe you can help to clarify these points (and consider better FAQs online).

Hi @CyngorGwynedd on the 8 Sep a waste lorry caused £2k damage to the entrance to our property. Despite providing evidence, logging a ticket online, etc. we're now being ignored. This is unacceptable and it's no way to treat residents. @NiaJeffreys @Plaid_Gwynedd @LSRPlaid

It's about time our route is taken more seriously passengers are given some respect. Poorly maintained trains and far too full. Anyone would think James Price doesn't care. Maybe he needs to work a week on the front line and experience how bad it is. Open invite to him to visit

Anyone else getting more frequent spam calls from aggressive scammers pretending to be from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport? Already had to block four numbers in the last 48 hours. @VodafoneUK - fancy boosting the spam detection on your network so they don't even get through?

I recently joined Gwynedd Guide Dogs in #Llanberis to celebrate their hiking team reaching the summit of Yr #Wyddfa. The group included three visually impaired guide dog owners from #Gwynedd.
