It's important to notice when stress & anxiety creep in
Feeling overwhelmed, having trouble concentrating, constant headaches or having trouble sleeping could be signs.
In Web3, feeling like you're missing out, or worrying all the time can be signs of anxiety too - FOMO is real!
But there are things we can do to feel better.
What helps me is: taking breaks, doing things I enjoy, & talking to someone I trust.
