Meet our 2025 Lo Máximo Homeboy Hero! Hugo Gonzalez works in the gang intervention, rehabilitation, and reentry areas. He came to Homeboy as a trainee in 2018 and became a much sought after tour guide. He was an Initiate Justice Inside Organizer.
