Pylake is a python package I developped to compute meaningful physical properties in aquatic sciences (thermocline, metalimnion, Schmidt stability etc)
It is optimized for small but also multi-dimensional/big dataset (parallel computing/xarray).

The CCI_extractor is now available also in #Python (thanks to @Hugo_Cruz3), besides #R and #matlab
The script is aimed at extracting specific #ESA #CCI data for a given year and region of the globe. More improvements to come...
