With an in-room #Kigali focus only, I’m wondering what @INGSciAdvice @PresINGSA @JeremyFarrar @DenisNaughten @daandutoit @africascidip @HumanomicsMap are doing to unlock the mega potential of Africa’s science diaspora worldwide, young & old? Can @IngsaAfrica help map this? @WFSJ

Ikke kun arbejdsmarkedet vil mangle humanister. Men samfundet. Der bliver mere og mere brug for oversættere, designere, analytikere, etikere, historikere i en verden præget af automatisering og digitalisering

100 per cent agree 📌 Same reason why we have been building @ReActAAU x @VIVOcollab as impact repository, and now extending @ThirdroomAI to include impact assessment at Danish universities (based on #FAIR open data)!

Myth 3: Social media are echo chambers. No, research shows that, for most, social media breaks the bubble. We are more connected to "the others" on social media than in our offline lives. That is why it feels unpleasant - because it is the most hateful "others" we meet. (7/12)

Thought-provoking and inspiring project👇Yet, we shouldn't forget #openscience is about much more than open texts. #SSH produces commentary, advice, content, learning and change in many forms other than publications 📚
For genuinely open social science texts, the disguised elitism of citing paywall sources is no longer good enough #OpenAccess #SocialScience wp.me/p4m9em-8TE
